There is something about series fiction that everyone seems to like. I think it has to do with the fact that we bond with characters and then get to keep checking in with them to see what happens. And in the case of the Gossip Girls, their lives are 10 times more scandalous then ours (I hope). If you've seen the show . . . well, these are rich kids gone bad.
